No. The price listed for each plan covers everything described in the feature list. If additional scope is identified during the discovery phase — for example, a need for extra data sources or additional models — we will present a transparent quote for your approval before any extra work begins. You will never receive an unexpected invoice.
Absolutely. Many clients begin with a Starter engagement to validate a concept and then upgrade to Professional once they see the results. We credit the Starter fee toward the Professional plan, so you only pay the difference. This approach reduces risk and ensures you invest further only when you have confidence in the outcome.
For Starter and Professional plans we typically invoice 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Enterprise engagements are billed monthly against agreed milestones. We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards. Specific payment schedules can be discussed during the scoping process.
Yes. We offer optional maintenance and monitoring retainers starting at £750 per month. These retainers cover model performance monitoring, retraining on new data, bug fixes and minor feature enhancements. This ensures your AI software continues to deliver value long after the initial project concludes.
Data security is paramount. All client data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. We sign non-disclosure agreements before accessing any data, use encrypted storage and transfer protocols, and delete all client data from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless a maintenance retainer is in place. Our team undergoes annual security awareness training.
